Music Ministry
A gifted vocalist since childhood, Ginger began singing with her family’s gospel group, The Soul Seekers, at age 16. The group ministered through music as a semi-professional ensemble, recording multiple albums. She continues to inspire audiences with heartfelt worship.

Ginger Reed is a certified Speaker through the John Maxwell Leadership program and a Maxwell DISC Trainer. With a passion for guiding others on transformational journeys, Ginger blends leadership excellence with spiritual growth, helping individuals discover their uniqueness, tap into their purpose and God’s plan as an influencer in the kingdom of God.
Non-Profit Leadership
In 2018, Ginger and her husband Tim established The Ropheka Connection, a non-profit organization dedicated to prison ministry. Together, they co-authored the book “Ropheka – A Call to the Inner Voice,” chronicling the origins and mission of their ministry. In 2024, they launched a second non-profit, Influence Academy, a Christ-centered, biblically based leadership school for adult learners with a focus on spiritual and personal development.
Authorship
An accomplished author, Ginger Reed has written two books: “Flesh of Your Flesh, God’s Master Plan” and “Watershed Moments with God – Lord, Your Word Says.” She is currently working on her third book, “Hidden Gold Concealed,” continuing her commitment to inspire and empower others through faith and leadership.

Kristina Locher is a Christian singer, speaker, songwriter, and musician from Southern Ohio. With a heart devoted to Gospel music and ministry, she has spent many years traveling and sharing her message of hope through song.
Through every lyric and testimony, Kristina’s passion and calling is to remind others of God’s redeeming love and the joy found in His presence. She is committed to sharing the Gospel with the lost, broken and discouraged.

Welcome to RiseUP 2025! We are thrilled to host an event where women can come together to laugh, unwind, and deepen their relationships—with one another and with God. This is a time to witness how our Heavenly Father continues to transform Southeastern Ohio through the empowerment of women rooted in His extraordinary grace.
RiseUP began in 2012, born from a calling to draw closer to God, grow in faith, and invite other women to join the journey. Since then, this annual gathering has flourished, bringing countless blessings and creating a space where lives are touched and renewed. Open to women of all backgrounds, RiseUP is a non-denominational and welcoming event that celebrates faith, grace, and community.
Come with open hearts, expectant spirits, and a readiness to experience the warmth of God’s love. Together, we’ll gather as a sisterhood of faith, strengthened and inspired to shine His light in our homes, communities, and beyond. We can’t wait to share this sacred time with you at RiseUP: A Christian Women’s Conference.
